The Daisy

These tenacious little flowers have evolved to survive the arid, cold winters of the Northern Cape and Western Cape. Early spring rainfall and warmer temperatures revitalize the cracking, thirsty Namaqualand landscape which rewards visitors by wrapping itself in a floral blanket of colour.
